ARRIVAL RECOMMENDATION
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled spa
appointment to allow yourself time to shower & use the lounge, sauna &
steam room. Arrival 10 min prior for salon appointments is recommended.
WHAT TO WEAR
For spa services, a comfy spa robe & sandals are provided for your
convenience. You will also be professionally draped with a sheet or towel
throughout your entire service. Although not suggested, you may also choose
to wear your undergarments.
MINIMUM AGE
The spa is appropriate for guests 16 years of age & older. anyone younger
than 18 must have a signed parents consent prior to service.
CELL PHONE USE
We strive to provide guests a tranquil escape from the outside world. Cell
phone use is strictly prohibited in our facility.
CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24 hour notice be given if you need to
cancel or appointment changes with less than a 24 hour notice, guests will
be charged 50% of the service fee. All no shows are charged at full value.
