Our Redo Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your haircut or color, please contact us within five days of your appointment. We will happily redo the service at no additional charge, provided the service remains the same. Please note that if you request additional or different services during the redo, extra fees may apply. This policy does not cover color or cut correction work, which often requires multiple steps.
