When you enter Essentials MediSpa & Salon, you’ll find an oasis where you can escape the demands of everyday life. Spa Services: We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes early for a stress-free check in and to enjoy the spa before your treatment. Once you check in at the Reception Desk, you will be assigned a locker and then lead on a short, guided tour of the spa. There are separate locker rooms for men and women, along with a co-ed quiet lounge, our Zen Zone. Your spa experience includes access to amenities such as eucalyptus steam rooms, Himalayan salt saunas, and showers. We provide robes, towels, sandals, and vanity areas equipped with hair dryers, facial and spa products, and more. After enjoying the spa amenities and changing into your robe and sandals, you will wait for your therapist in the Zen Zone. While there, you can indulge in an assortment of infused water, teas, and light spa snacks. Your therapist will then escort you to your treatment room, giving you a moment to settle in before beginning your treatment. Following the completion of your treatment, feel free to utilize the spa amenities, relax in the Zen Zone, or enjoy the lounge area in the locker room. Our Spa Consultants at the Reception Desk will be available to assist you with a seamless check-out experience. Salon Services: Please arrive five minutes early to ensure a stress-free check-in experience. Upon checking in at the Reception Desk, our staff will escort you to the Salon Waiting Area, where you can enjoy a variety of infused water, coffee, and tea. Your stylist will greet you at the scheduled appointment time and accompany you to a chair to begin the service. After your salon service is completed, our Spa Consultants will be ready at the Reception Desk to assist you with the check-out process.

Teens aged 13-17 are invited to partake in personalized skin care services at our spa. We encourage them to relish the included spa amenities with their skin care treatments. It’s important to note that wearing swimwear is mandatory when changing into a robe. Massage services are reserved for our clients over the age of 16. Additionally, teens under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while enjoying the spa.

We offer towels, robes, slippers, and a selection of toiletries for your use. Additionally, we provide blow dryers and styling products for your convenience. Upon arrival, we will assign you a locker, but it is advisable to leave valuables and jewelry at home as Essentials is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

To make the most of our spa amenities, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures a stress-free check-in and allows time for changing before meeting your therapist in our Zen Zone at the scheduled appointment time. Following your session, feel free to return to our Zen Zone, locker room lounge, and enjoy our facilities.

Yes. Gift cards are fast, easy, and they never expire! Gift cards can be purchased in person or via our website here. All gift card purchases are non-refundable, and we do not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Additionally, gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, and gratuities cannot be added to them.

We invite you to indulge in our eucalyptus steam room, Himalayan salt sauna, showers, and vanity areas. You can access these amenities when you book spa services lasting 50 minutes or more, or you can enjoy them for a flat rate of $35.

No. To enhance your experience, ensure you stay well-hydrated before and during your spa day. Enjoy fresh spa water, tea, and coffee provided at our spa. Adult guests can request up to two premium beverages.

No. In our Zen Zone, individuals receiving spa services can enjoy light spa snacks. Additionally, we sell premium snacks and beverages in our Retail Boutique.

At Essentials, we have reserved your appointment especially for you. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding the cancellation policy. A credit card must be placed on file prior to scheduling your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and Essentials gift cards (gift card balance must cover full-service charge). Please cancel or reschedule salon, spa, or wellness appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges. Failing to cancel salon or spa appointments within this time will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. Medical appointments not canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full. If you no-show for your appointment, the full amount will be charged. Any chargebacks or declined payments will require clearing the balance linked to the account before rebooking. Please note, an unconfirmed appointment is not considered cancelled.
