Alexia has been a Massage therapist for over 10 years. Graduating at the top of her class from the Keiser University Massage program. She specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, and Swedish massage. During her downtime, she likes to look up new modalities that she could use for benefiting clients. She also enjoys spending time with her family at home.

Chris, Licensed Massage Therapist, Aesthetician, MA

Chris has been with the Essentials team for the past 20 years. He is dually licensed, in massage therapy for 20 years and Esthetics for 12 years. He specializes in deep tissue, Athletic Rubs, and Hot Stone massage. He has specialty training in Thai massage, Oncology massage and is an Essentials Certified MA, offering trigger point, and intramuscular B12 injections. During his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Sara has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003. She specializes in Athletic, Swedish relaxation massage, prenatal massage as well as hot stone. Her goal is to resolve a client’s issue whether it be stress or tension related and recommend services specific to their needs. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Scott graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2010. Scott integrates various modalities such as Myofascial Release and Thai Massage into services to provide a uniquely designed massage treatment for each person and their specific needs. Also holding a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder technique) and a NASM Personal Trainer Certification, Scott uses this as insight to meet each person where they are at and to meet their wellness goals.

Eileen graduated with honors from The Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy. She is fascinated with the human body and the important correlation that massage and fitness have in relation to a person’s health. Licensed in both New York and Florida she also obtained a recognized National Board Certification, which allows her to practice therapeutic bodywork in 38 states. She specializes in both Western and Eastern modalities of therapeutic bodywork. Eileen loves helping people feel better from the inside and out. When not at work you can find her either at the gym, beach, with family and friends, or ballroom dancing.

Jennifer attended Florida Metropolitan University in Clearwater, Florida, and became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. She continued her education at the Cortiva Institue and is now dual-licensed as a Medical Esthetician. She enjoys helping people eradicate their pain holistically as well as helping them maintain their skin. Jennifer specializes in Trigger point release and craniosacral therapy for massage. In her free time, she enjoys; dancing, boating, hot yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

Jaycie graduated from Daytona International Academy and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. She specializes in deep tissue, stretching, structural integration, and hot stone treatments. Jaycie modifies each massage treatment specifically for each client to address their needs. She enjoys creating a sense of balance within her therapies by encouraging the body, mind, and soul to work in homeostasis while minimizing pain and maximizing relaxation.
