Ingredients:

  • ½ head of cauliflower, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Put cauliflower pieces slowly into your food processor until the pieces are shredded.
  3. Place shredded cauliflower into a steamer pan and steam until it is tender (15-20 minutes). Remove from steamer and place in freezer or fridge until cooled.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Mix cheeses, Italian seasoning, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper into cauliflower until evenly incorporated.
  6. Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten it into the shape of a pizza crust.
  7. Bake about 20 minutes.
  8. Top with favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Chicken, Spinach and Ricotta Pizza

Top with cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, spinach and low fat mozzarella for the sauce use olive oil and apply a thin layer of low fat ricotta cheese.

Roasted Veggie

Apply roasted mushrooms, onions, eggplant and zucchini with fresh mozzarella and a red sauce.

Taco Pizza

Top with cooked ground turkey or chicken seasoned with taco spices, diced tomatoes and onion, low fat cheddar cheese and your favorite salsa as a base. Serve with fat free sour cream.
