Recipes For Your Muffin Tin

Medical Weight Loss in Melbourne, FL

You have to bring something to a party or your child’s school, you know the drill. First thing we reach for is that infamous cupcake pan and some cute liners. They are great in a pinch, however did you know there’s a whole other world with what you can do with these pans. I realized their handiness when I got into meal prepping. They are portable snack making machines. Many diets and wellness programs stress the importance of planning and meal prep, because lets face it, it eliminates our excuses. You have healthy food readily available and easy to transport. These little muffin treats are great for snacks or add a quick healthy side and instantly you got yourself a meal. Below are some of my favorite recipes in a cupcake pan, that is other than cupcakes !
